Scrum Developer Training

Overview

In cooperation with Microsoft, Ken Schwaber, Scrum.org, and other industry subject matter experts, have created the first-of-its-kind, Scrum Developer course and assessment. Along with the ScrumMaster and Product Owner programs that are available, the Scrum Developer course is intended for the third, and most important role in Scrum: the Team.

When?

This course will run during the week after the inaugural Australian ALM Conference in Sydney. It is a 5-day course from the 19th to 23rd April 2010.

  • Module 6: Planning

  • Module 11: Overcoming Dysfunction

Audience

This course is suitable for any member of a software development team – architect, programmer, database developer, tester, etc.  Entire teams are encouraged to attend and experience the course together, but individuals are welcome too.

Format

Scrum will be experienced through a combination of lecture, demonstration, discussion, and hands-on exercises. Attendees will learn how to do Scrum correctly while being coached and critiqued by the instructor.
